Incorporated on 30th September, 2000. Starting from one factory with its inception, NICHE has expanded with a forth factory in 2017 respectively. Currently plan of building a larger factory located at Batu Kawan. Main factory is located at No.6, Lorong Perusahaan Maju 11, Pelangi Industrial Park, 13600 Prai, Penang.
DESIGN Upon confirmation of order, we'll begin to design your lift and provide you a technical drawing.
FABRICATION Once technical details are finalized, we'll begin our fabrications in the factory as per the approved drawing.
INSTALLATION After the fabrication is done, we'll arrange for delivery to site. Then we'll begin the installation process.
MAINTENANCE Lift will be operational when it's completed. Routine maintenance will be provided to service the lift regularly.

FREE Maintenance and Warranty
Free maintenance and warranty is provided after handover of the lift to client during the duration of Defect Liability Period (DLP).
(DLP duration subject to contract)
Responsive Communication
Our maintenance contact is inside the lift, you may contact us for assistance.
(Our response team shall attend ASAP)
Unlimited Breakdown Attendance
We only charge based on replacement parts, we do not charge per attendance.
(Applicable to clients with contract only)
24 Hours Emergency Standby
We value the safety of our clients. Emergency standby for mantrap is 24 hours including public holidays.

Where is the lift manufactured?
The lift is manufactured by Niche Elevator located at Perai, Penang, Malaysia. We are registered with JKKP as Firma Lif.
Where is the technilogy from?
Our Hydraulic Drive is from Italy, Traction Drive is from Korea & Japan, Drum Drive is from China.
How much do you charge to visit my site for an assesment before providing a quotation?
It's FREE. Just call us.
Can I request a technical drawing from you regarding the lift? How much does it cost?
Yes and it's FREE. Just get it from us.
What happens if I'm trapped inside the lift?
STAY CALM and DO NOT PANIC. If the lift is our brand "Niche Elevator", there should be an emergency contact inside the lift. Just contact the phone numbers as shown, we have 24 hours standby for mantrap.
Do I need any legal documents for my lift?
Yes. All lift requires JKKP (DOSH) Certified PMA Cert. We will help you to obtain it for our OKU Lift, Dumbwaiter & Goods Hoist.
